Can I use Crate without a POS integration?
Yes. Crate Wholesale works as a standalone ordering platform. Square, Shopify and Clover connections are optional. Available order and invoice connections differ by platform.
Can each customer have different prices?
Yes. Set wholesale price lists and customer-specific prices. Customers see the prices configured for their account.
Which plan includes shipping?
Starter includes shipping labels. Growth adds standing orders and invoicing. Postage and payment processing are separate from your monthly subscription.
