Square wholesale ordering: your options
Start with what your buyers need: a login, their agreed prices, repeat ordering, or a quote before they can buy. A payment connection alone does not tell you whether a system shares your catalog, updates stock or creates invoices.

For customers ordering at agreed prices
Crate Wholesale gives each customer a login and custom prices. It works standalone or connected to Square, Shopify or Clover, from $50/month. Start by checking your real products, customer prices and order flow in a trial.
For customers who need a quote first
B2B Wave documents a request, revise and accept quotation workflow. Crate supports order approval, but that is not the same workflow. If quotation requests are essential, ask for a demonstration from request through acceptance before choosing.
Check the integration, not just the logo
- Which system owns the catalog and which fields sync?
- Can wholesale customers have prices that differ from retail prices?
- Where is the order created and how does inventory change?
- Which system issues invoices and records payment?
- Does the demonstration cover your currency, taxes and delivery rules?
These are evaluation questions, not promises that every integration supports every workflow.
