Crate Wholesale is the buy-side product — it's how your cafe orders coffee from roasters. Crate Ordering is the sell-side product — it's how your customers order coffee from you. They run on the same Square data and the same operator login.
No. Crate Ordering syncs to your existing Square setup. Items, prices, and modifiers come from the menu you already maintain. Orders land in your Square dashboard like any other in-store order.
We handle App Store submission, signing, and updates. You provide the brand assets (logo, palette, item photos) and we ship the build. Ongoing updates flow through us, not you.
Typical launch is 2 weeks from signed contract to TestFlight. Production App Store review adds 1–2 weeks. We've kept the merchant-config layer narrow on purpose to make this fast.
