Standing orders
Their regular order, already on the calendar
Let customers set a repeat order, then keep each cycle in your usual approval and invoicing flow. A steady rhythm for them and a clearer schedule for you.
Demonstrated with the Vivo Coffee demo workspace.
- Every week, two weeks, or four weeks
- Customer control over quantities and pauses
- Each cycle becomes a wholesale order
How it works
A clear path from
start to done.
A repeat order with room to skip, pause, or change plans.
Make the usual a standing order
Enable standing orders for the products you offer regularly. Customers can set up a repeat order from the customer portal.
Choose a rhythm
Customers choose quantities, the first order date, and a cadence of every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks.
Leave room for plans to change
Customers can change quantities, skip the next order, pause, resume, or cancel from their account.
Keep your existing workflow
Each cycle creates an ordinary wholesale order using current customer pricing. It follows your approval and invoicing setup alongside one-off orders.
