How it works
A clear path from
start to done.
Build wholesale around the catalog you maintain in Square.
Connect Square
Authorize your Square account from Integrations. Crate keeps the connection and catalog sync status in view.
Review your catalog
Use Sales channel sync to review changes and bring products into Crate, including variations, images, and tracked inventory.
Choose your wholesale range
Set wholesale availability and prices in Crate so customers see the products and prices intended for their accounts.
Follow the order through payment
When Square is your invoice system, wholesale orders can use Square invoices and payment links. Payment updates are reflected in Crate.

Questions about square
Do I need to recreate my Square products?
No. Crate can pull your existing products and variations from Square. You then choose the wholesale selection and pricing in Crate.
Can I keep my wholesale catalog separate?
Yes. You can choose a Crate-managed catalog instead of pulling it from Square. The integration settings make that choice explicit.
Can I use QuickBooks for invoices while keeping Square connected?
Yes. Square can remain your commerce connection while QuickBooks Online is selected for invoicing. The selected invoice system determines where new invoices are created.
