Ask for a wholesale sales summary, orders needing attention, overdue invoices or customers who have stopped ordering. The assistant reads the information your account is allowed to access.

Prepare an order confirmation or payment reminder, then approve it. Crate keeps the action tied to the real order and the permissions of the person connected.

A few useful details.
Is AI ordering a separate subscription?
No. Crate's agent connection is included with your purchased Crate plans. Your external AI assistant may require its own subscription.
Which workflows can I use today?
The current agent connection supports wholesale customer ordering and merchant workflows around wholesale orders, customer activity and invoices. It does not currently place retail or cafe orders or manage reservations.
Can an assistant act without my approval?
Actions such as placing or confirming an order and sending a payment reminder require approval. Buyer and merchant accounts have separate permissions, and each connection stays within that account's access.
