Can I buy just one product?
Yes. Wholesale, Retail, Cafe ordering and Bookings each work independently. Your total is the sum of the products you choose.
What is the difference between Wholesale Starter and Growth?
Starter is $50/month for customer ordering, pricing, order management and shipping tools. Growth is $80/month and adds standing orders, Crate invoicing and payment collection. There is no separate invoicing subscription.
What costs sit outside the monthly subscription?
Payment processing and purchased shipping labels are separate. On Crate invoices, Crate's ACH fee is 0.5%, capped at $5, with no extra Crate fee on card payments. Branded apps have no Crate per-order fee; app-store account costs are separate. External AI assistant subscriptions are not included.
