Bavetta Coffee SMS Opt-In Disclosure
Bavetta Coffee (San Jose, CA) runs its ordering app and Bavetta Rewards on the CrateHQ platform. Bavetta Coffee sends text messages from (669) 259-0857 only to people who ask for them, in two ways. There are no marketing lists and no recurring messages.
1. Sign-in codes in the Bavetta Coffee app
A customer types their mobile number into the Bavetta Coffee app and taps to get a code. The screen says:
We'll text you a 6-digit code to confirm this number.

2. App link by text request
Signage at the Bavetta Coffee counter invites customers to text a keyword to get the app link. A customer who texts APP receives one reply with the link. The sign reads:
